Fridge seals ensure all the cold air stays in, therefore when even a small gap appears anywhere in the seal cold air is slowly leaking out causing the fridge to work constantly increasing your electricty bill even whilst you sleep!!

Q: How long do fridge seals last?

Every fridge is different based on the actually usage it gets.  A freezer in the garage opened a couple of times a week will last longer than a busy families fridge opened many times a day.  However, as a rule we say about 6 years depending on usage.
